We are pleased to announce the 23rd MCNEG meeting will be held at the University of Surrey, Guildford from the 30th-31st January. The meeting provides a forum for new and experience users of Monte Carlo for radiation transport. Typically presenters include academics, researchers and students from the medical and industrial fields of radiation science.
In addition to the workshop we will be hosting a 1-day training course on EGSnrc (https://www.nrc-cnrc.gc.ca/eng/solutions/advisory/egsnrc_index.html) held on the 1st of February.
Thanks to sponsorship from the Institute of Physics Computational Modelling Group and the support of the University of Surrey this year’s conference will be free of charge. There will be a cost of £50 for those wishing to attend the EGSnrc training.

The meeting will be in the Innovation for Health Building at the University of Surrey Stag Hill campus, which is building location 42 on the map. The main entrance is located at the rear of the building.
There is no parking available on campus to workshop participants, and we recommend that participants use the Guildford Park Road car park (Guildford Borough Council) which is just off campus. The car park vehicle entrance is from Guildford Park Road, not though the University campus. The cost is £5 per day (cash or telephone payment). From Guildford Park Road car park It is a 15 minute walk through the University campus to the Innovation for Health Building, via the rear Campus Entrance at grid 3A on the University map.
